2025 Event Runners Interest
What would a furry convention be without events? Are you interested in helping to run one of our core convention-organised events or have you got an amazing idea for your own event, meet-up, panel or show? Events such as introductions to anthro communities, care & repair for costumes, species meet-and-greets, specialist community interest panels, etc.
At Pawsome our aim is to balance the schedule to ensure there is enough activity and choice during the day, but that we provide clear opportunities for social time in the venue to just sit, talk, vibe, dance & exist. We run a light schedule generally in the evenings to allow staff and crew time after dinner to wind down from a long day of shepherding you critters around.
Finally, before you submit a request below, our top 5 tips:
1 - Think about the numbers of people that might go, be realistic due to the size our convention (max 350 critters!
2 - What equipment you may need to run it?
3 - Would would need any support from our crew in either set-up or running it?
4 - How long would your event likely take?
5 - We can advertise informal meet-and-greets in the communal spaces, such as our "2nd International Rubber Skunk Meet" which will meet in the bar and go for a waddle/photoshoot, so you do not need a room if you do not think it is needed. The more that happens around the venue may encourage more critters to join in!
